Can you tell me how you got involved in real estate and introduce your team and how the team came to be? 

I started real estate in 1987 and I took classes between high school and college and freshman year I got my license in real estate. By the 2nd month, I was the top producer. I moved to Hilton Head in ‘93 and stayed in real estate and the sales aspects of real estate. I continued to be in real estate and a real estate coach suggested I start a team in 2012. We grew the Group DiNenna team from there. 

How do you set yourselves apart from others in Hilton Head?

We set ourselves apart through our personal service and using IMOTO Photo for professional real estate photography! We truly work as a team and help each other out. 

What is your number 1 tip for sellers who are listing their home?

Do whatever you can to keep the house clean and ready - professional photography, staging and sprucing up the place! 

What’s your favorite thing about your job? 

No two days are the same and I enjoy helping people. It’s a great feeling to get someone into a house they’ve always wanted to live in! 

I saw that you serve on the Professional Development Committee for the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors®. Can you tell me more about your involvement with the organization? 

I’ve been on the professional development committee for 10 years. We put on educational events for local Realtors about the community, technology, contract training - all the things agents need to know! I’m also in my 4th year of being on the Board of Directors.
