Can you introduce yourself and tell us how you got involved in real estate?
"Hi, my name is Sam Bayne and I have been selling residential real estate since 2001. I started my career at a local Atlanta brokerage named Jenny Pruitt and Associates. I was part of the #1 team at the firm for 7 years. In 2007, I became a Founding Partner at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. I have been with this company for 14 years. I have had sales of over $550 million since starting at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, averaging almost $40 million a year in sales."
What is your #1 tip for sellers listing their home?
"My best tips for sellers would be to neutralize and paint any dark colors in the home a lighter color, declutter as much as you can before taking photos and video and keeping the landscaping looking good when the home is listed. First impressions go a very long way in the buyers eyes."
What things do you do to set yourself apart from other Realtors in Atlanta?
"I think what sets me apart from other REALTORS® is the network that I have built for the last 20 years, as well as my negotiating skills and my honesty when speaking to clients about what their home is worth. These traits have allowed me to consistently be ranked as a top five agent in Atlanta."
What are some ways you are involved with your community? Do you volunteer for any causes that are important to you?
"I support many causes and charities throughout the year in Atlanta. My family has a charitable trust that supports, Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power and Potential, Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta, The East Lake Foundation, CARE, as well as all of our local schools that our children have gone to."
